Recipe by the Tasting Table Test Kitchen
Yield: 1 drink
1½ ounces gin
¾ ounce Shrub & Co. grapefruit shrub
3 ounces sparkling wine
In a cocktail shaker, combine the ice, gin and shrub. Shake well and strain into a flute. Top with the sparkling wine and garnish with the twist. Serve.
