We've just experienced what you might call the ultimate health-food ménage à trois.
Each of the line's five flavors contains less than half the fat of traditional hummus, as well as one-third less calories. Typically, low-fat hummus is made with less tahini and thinned out with water, resulting in a less substantial spread; this version resolves those issues with the addition of Greek yogurt, which imparts thickness and flavor.
We enjoyed the Spicy version, with its fiery three-pepper center, as well as the added crunch of the Roasted Pine Nut flavor. The other iterations include a traditional chickpea version, Roasted Red Pepper, and Roasted Garlic.
