The Tommy's Margarita
Recipe from Julio Bermejo, Tommy's Mexican Restaurant
Yield: Makes 1 drink
Cook Time: 10 minutes
2 ounces of 100 percent agave tequila
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce agave syrup (thick agave nectar diluted one-to-one with water)
In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients. Shake vigorously, pour into a tumbler and serve.
