On Tuesday, February 6th, the former Top Chef contestant brought it all to our Test Kitchen for a one-night-only preview of her upcoming cookbook. Guests feasted on Thai crispy fish with green mango salad, Indonesian smoked duck and braised oxtail and calamansi tarts as a sweet send-off.
