On Wednesday, October 18th, Chef Chris Cosentino joined us at the Test Kitchen for a one-night-only dinner in celebration of his new cookbook, Offal Good: Cooking from the Heart, With Guts. Chef Cosentino served an adventurous nose-to-tail menu, with dishes like chicharrones & caviar, Iberico pork tartare, and beef tendon with chili, pistachios, and mint.
