On Tuesday, May 2nd Top Chef Fan Favorite, author and restaurateur Fabio Viviani cooked an intimate four-course dinner comprised of recipes from his new cookbook Fabio's 30-Minute Italian. A nod to his Italian heritage, the meal included dishes like herb-marinated shrimp toasts with roasted garlic and ricotta and potato and cheese gnocchi with white wine lime butter and jumbo lump crab.
