On Thursday, March 30, chefs Jody Williams and Rita Sodi joined us at the Tasting Table Test Kitchen for an exclusive collaborative dinner. The duo behind New York's beloved Buvette and I Sodi, cooked an intimate Italian meal reminiscent of the food served at their joint venture, Via Carota. The menu, custom-created for the event included dishes like fried artichokes, fava mint burrata and slow roasted rabbit with rosemary, garlic and pancetta.
