On Monday, February 27, Chef Isaac Toups brought a taste of New Orleans to New York City. On the eve of Fat Tuesday, he cooked an exclusive four-course crawfish feast at the Tasting Table Test Kitchen. Guests mingled with Chef in our open kitchen and enjoyed signature cocktails and canapés like smoked foie gras with Louisiana pepper jelly and oysters with umami mignonette.
