On Tuesday, November 15th, Tasting Table hosted a dinner with master baker, Melissa Weller. Guests enjoyed unlimited cocktails and canapés before sitting down to a four-course meal including dishes like hearty ribollita and crispy braised chicken with trumpet mushrooms and homemade polenta-sourdough stuffing. By the end of the evening, guests had sampled seven different breads from New York City's bread expert herself.
