On Saturday, November 5th chef Seamus Mullen joined us at the Tasting Table Test Kitchen for an intimate four-course Spanish dinner inspired by the distinctive tapas served at his New York City restaurants, Tertulia and El Colmado. Combining some of his favorite seasonal ingredients, his menu of complex flavors included dishes like raw diver scallop with pickled avocado, seaweed and lime as well as pickled, roasted and grilled squash with Idiazabal cheese, hazelnuts and cider vinaigrette.
