On Wednesday, June 29th, celebrated Indian-American chef, Floyd Cardoz, joined us for a special Guest Chef Dinner at the Tasting Table Test Kitchen. Guests enjoyed canapés and sipped cocktails featured in his cookbook, Floyd Cardoz: Flavorwalla, before sitting down to a four-course meal showcasing dishes from his New York restaurant, Paowalla. Family-style courses included fluke ceviche kokum saar, bacon biryani with chorizo pulao, pearl onions and a slow-poached egg, and milk-braised lamb shanks.
