On Tuesday, May 17th, Chef Carmen Quagliata of Union Square Cafe joined us for a special dinner at the Tasting Table Test Kitchen. Guests enjoyed an exclusive sneak-preview of Quagliata's new menu to be featured at the new restaurant, scheduled to open later this year. The evening's custom menu included dishes such as spring salad with yogurt and fava falafel, pea ravioli with buttered lobster and carrot, and Rohan duck with ramps and rhubarb.
