On Wednesday, November 4th, Guest Chef Jonathan Waxman of Barbuto and the recently opened Jams joined us for a special event in our SoHo Test Kitchen. We mingled with the chef over passed canapés and shared small plates from his book, Italian, My Way, including the fall-favorite ravioli with pumpkin and sage butter, and his signature chicken al forno.
