On Tuesday, May 5th, Tasting Table was excited to host a very special Guest Chef Dinner with Hugh Acheson: James Beard Award-winning chef, celebrated cookbook author and "Top Chef" judge. Chef Acheson prepared an exclusive, Southern-inspired four-course menu for Tasting Table guests in celebration of his highly-anticipated new cookbook The Broad Fork. Guests had the opportunity to interact with Chef Acheson and watch him cook in our beautiful open kitchen, and everyone went home with a signed advance copy of his new cookbook.
