On Thursday, October 16, celebrated chefs Dominique Crenn and April Bloomfield traded hometown cuisines. Crenn took on English grub while Bloomfield tackled la cuisine Francaise for an exclusive dinner at Tasting Table's Test Kitchen in Soho.
