On May 21, Andrew Feinberg and Francine Stephens brought their new cookbook, "Franny's: Simple, Seasonal, Italian," to life for 30 readers in the Tasting Table Test Kitchen. Starring on the clean, ingredient-driven menu were: crostini with ramp butter and pancetta and pork sausage with broccoli rabe. After a thoughtful Q&A, guests departed with a signed copy of the highly anticipated cookbook, to be released next month.
