On Monday, December 9, Tasting Table welcomed Austin-based chef and restaurateur Paul Qui to our NYC Test Kitchen. The exclusive dinner party began with cocktails and passed canapés, followed by a five-course meal with each dish introduced by chef Qui. Guests enjoyed wine pairings and participated in a Q & A session with the chef, and departed with a Red Boat Fish Sauce gift bag.
