On December 4, we celebrated the finale of our 2012 Guest Chef series with a four-course meal created by chef David Myers. Recipient of Food & Wine's Best New Chef award, Myers splits his time between his restaurants in Japan, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. The evening's dishes showcased the chef's Southeast Asian cooking style in dishes like Hinoki-scented black cod with sweet potato and charred mushrooms. Upon departure, guests took home a gift bag that included ingredients for his Vietnamese-style chicken recipe.
