On Thursday, November 8, Boston's restaurant queen, Barbara Lynch, paid our Test Kitchen a visit. Known for her Italian-influenced food and love for French technique, the James Beard Award-winning chef created a meal filled with exceptional dishes like her signature prune-stuffed gnocchi with foie gras-butter sauce.
