On Friday, October 19, bespectacled British chef Fergus Henderson was joined by Mario Batali for a special collaborative dinner for 30 guests in our Test Kitchen. Henderson and Batali teamed up to create a four course meal that incorporated their "nose to tail" values, seen in dishes like polenta with rich pig trotter ragù. Guests spoke with the chefs about the meal's inspiration and departed with a gift bag filled with some of their favorite kitchen staples.
