On July 17, chefs Nicolaus Balla and Cortney Burns of Bar Tartine, an offshoot of San Francisco's legendary Tartine Bakery, came to New York for the launch of Tasting Table's 2013 Guest Chefs dinners. The intimate dinner-party menu featured seasonal ingredients and a toolbox of Eastern European flavors and techniques.
