One of NYC's Best Pizza Shops Is Popping Up in L.A.

You have only a month to eat as many Roberta's pies as possible

It seems like all of New York's best creations, from flaky Cronuts to world-class cocktails, are making the cross-country trek to sunny Los Angeles. And now, you can add one of NYC's most revered pizza joints to that roster.

Roberta's, the Brooklyn hangout that's become a staple of every best pizza list (ours included), is hosting a monthlong pop-up in L.A., Eater reports. Stop by the Platform shopping mall in Culver City—Wednesdays through Sundays only—for one of those famously blistered pies pulled from a wood-burning oven. (For the indecisive, you can never go wrong with the Bee Sting, a sweetly spicy combo of fiery soppressata salami drizzled in honey.)

And though this pizza fantasy may be just a temporary experience, Southern Californians can rest assured knowing that plans for a permanent Roberta's outpost in L.A. is in the works for next year.
