Laetitia Rouabah Dinner In NYC

Get tickets for a Bastille Day dinner with Laetitia Rouabah in The Commons by Tasting Table

It's almost time to break out the red, white and blue—but we're not talking about July 4. Instead, we're transporting you to Paris for a Bastille Day celebration by way of this month's guest chef dinner, no passport required.

To help make it all happen, we're calling upon one of New York's best French chefs: Laetitia Rouabah, who spent years working under the legendary Alain Ducasse, leading some of his flagship restaurants in France before coming to New York to helm the kitchen at Benoit.

Join us in The Commons by Tasting Table on July 12 for a four-course, celebratory French feast prepared by Rouabah herself ($155 a person, plus tax; get tickets here).

She'll kick off the night with passed bites, like traditional cheese gougères and spicy shrimp ceviche, while you watch her cooking in action. You'll then sit down to an extravagant multicourse meal that will include a silky corn velouté with crispy jumbo lump crab, roast cod with mango and passion fruit, duck with seared peaches, and a liquor-soaked baba cake with whipped cream for dessert—the ideal way to loosen up before you take part in Q&A with Rouabah.
