Thrice Rice Sake Cocktail Recipe

3 types of rice are packed into this perfectly sweet cocktail

The name of this cocktail pays homage to a recipe featuring rice three ways: sake, rice milk and puffed rice-infused Scotch. The orgeat syrup adds the perfect nutty sweetness to finish off this silky cocktail we can't put down.

Make sure you use nigori sake for this recipe. Nigori, which roughly translates to "cloudy," is unfiltered, giving the rice wine its murky appearance. Sweet compared to most sakes, nigori is the perfect choice for this cocktail.
