If you can't find Bagrationi, the Georgian-made wine Robinson uses, you can substitute your favorite brut Champagne.

  • ½ ounce Giffard passion fruit liqueur
  • 2 ounces grapefruit juice
  • 4 ounces Bagatrioni sparkling wine
  • Grapefruit peel, for garnish
Directions
  1. Pour the passion fruit liqueur and grapefruit juice into the bottom of a glass, and top with the sparkling wine. Garnish with the grapefruit peel and serve.
