Ingredients
  • Ice
  • 1 ounce fernet
  • 1 small bottle ginger beer
  • 1 orange wedge, plus rind for garnish
Directions
  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add the fernet and top with the ginger beer.
  2. Squeeze the juice from the orange wedge into the drink; twist the rind and rub it onto the rim of the glass, extracting the oils. Stir just enough to combine the ingredients, then garnish with the orange rind and serve.
