Ingredients
  • 4 cups green apples, peeled and diced
  • ½ serrano chile, seeded and diced
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions
  1. Combine the apples, chile, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the vinegar and lime juice, and mix to combine.
  3. Let stand for about 1 hour before serving or storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
