Spicy Watermelon SnackRecipe adapted from Michael Voltaggio, Ink.sack, Los Angeles
Yield: 2 cups
Cook Time: 5 minutes, plus 1 hour chill time
2 cups large chunks watermelon (or cantaloupe)
2 teaspoons Sriracha
1 medium lime, zested and juiced
In a medium bowl, toss together the watermelon, Sriracha, lime zest and lime juice. Place in a plastic bag and press all the air out of the bag, seal and chill for at least 1 hour. Alternately, use a vacuum sealer to seal the bag before chilling. Serve chilled.
