1½ ounces gin, preferably Beefeater
¾ ounce Barolo Chinato
½ ounce Suze
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the gin, Barolo Chinato and Suze. Stir until chilled, then strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Squeeze the orange peel over surface of the drink to express its oils, then drop the peel into the drink and serve.
