Fall Favorite Recipes

All our autumn favorites under one roof

Since March 2010, we've been sending you reliable and delicious recipes from the country's best chefs.

Now you can cook your way through autumn with our brand-new cookbook, Tasting Table Chefs' Recipes: Fall Favorites 2011.

The compilation is free to download and is available as either a digital book or a PDF. Each of the 20 recipes in Fall Favorites 2011 highlights the best of the season, including Brussels sprouts with brown butter and sage, roast chicken with za'atar stuffing, and maple-parsnip cake.

The list of featured chefs is as impressive as the recipes: Eric Ripert from New York's Le Bernardin, Michel Richard from Washington, D.C.'s Citronelle, Chad Robertson of Tartine Bakery in San Francisco and Sara Jenkins of New York's Porsena are only a few of the talented chefs represented.

Also, because we can't imagine toasting the crisp days and chilly nights of autumn without a drink in our hand we have created a cocktail that is available exclusively in Tasting Table Chefs' Recipes: Fall Favorites 2011.

Now you have your favorite chefs and their recipes tested for the home cook by Tasting Table and gathered into an easy-to-use digital cookbook: So, what's for dinner?
