4 scoops Phin & Phebe's Vietnamese Iced Coffee ice cream
4 shots espresso
Into four small bowls, scoop four equal portions of ice cream. (If your kitchen is warm, scoop the ice cream onto a plate and set it in the freezer while you make the coffee, then place it in the bowls just before serving.) Following your espresso machine's instructions, brew four shots of espresso and, as each one is finished, pour it directly over the ice cream and serve.
