Weeknight pasta dishes are a no-brainer, right? Whether it's carbonara or cacio e pepe, they're so ingrained in your dinner rotation that you never have to give them much thought.

Reddit (of course) surfaced the concept months ago, and Popular Mechanics took note when an Imgur user recently resurfaced the idea. The magazine calls this "pretty close to life-changing," and we couldn't agree more.
