Texan John Lewis of Lewis Barbecue tries NYC brisket

John Lewis knows his meat. Graduate of the Franklin Barbecue school and pitmaster at his own, newly opened Lewis Barbecue in Charleston, he’s bringing Texas-style barbecue to the table. So when he came to town to check out how New Yorkers are doing brisket, we had to get his opinion.
