It's a new week and a new month, so switch up your dinner routine with a summery steakadilla and quick-pickled radishes to munch on the side. Add in the excitement of a flaming gin-and-absinthe cocktail, and this might end up being your go-to meal all month long.
① Drink: The Pink Elephant
