When it comes to dinner, we're not fussy. We like potato chips in our sandwiches and aren't afraid of hot dog tater tots. But sometimes it's nice to whip out the proverbial pressed linens, dress the table like it's going for a night on the town and lay out dishes worthy of a Michelin star. ① Drink: Sparkling Rosé Cocktail
There's something inherently classy about a tall flute of tiny floating bubbles. Rosé joins its unaccented counterpart—rose water—and gin in this glass of effervescence. But if sparkling isn't your thing, try a rosé sangria instead.

② Main Course: Culurgiones with Brown Butter
Handmade pasta already feels special, but this braided Sardinian specialty ups the ante. And because ordinary butter sauce just isn't enough, this dish is graced with rich brown butter and fresh mint.
