Pinch Spice Market: Chile lovers will be delighted by the array of capsaicin at this new Bucktown shop. In addition to selling bird's eye, chipotle, ancho and cayenne chile powders, the shop specializes in organic and fair-trade spices. There are also packages of house-made blends reminiscent of Chicago's spice institution, The Spice House: Jamaican Jerk, with allspice, cinnamon and galangal; cocoa-scented Mole Rib Rub; and Pinch's Popcorn Sprinkle with truffle salt. City Olive: When City Olive closed its Andersonville storefront last fall, Chicago lost its finest collection of estate-bottled olive oils. Fortunately, it has reopened in Roscoe Village with the same staggering selection of domestic and imported olive oils, vinegars, salts, mustards and more. Olive oil from at least six countries is available, including Arbequina and Picual oils from Chile, and an organic oil from Sicily.
