Strawberry And Meyer Lemon Chaser
Stawberries, meyer lemon and salt make up a floral and tangy chaser to go with your chilled vodka

Ingredients
- 2 pounds strawberries, hulled
- 1 tablespoon Meyer lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
Directions
- Pass the strawberries through a juicer and discard the solids. Strain the juice through a fine strainer into a bowl. Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve in shot glasses as a vodka chaser.
