Charleston, South Carolina's Brooks Reitz (of Jack Rudy Cocktail Co., as well as the restaurants Leon's Oyster Shop and Saint Alban) shared a recipe for one of his go-to drinks of late: a simple, fizzy white port and tonic.
It's low in alcohol but has a nice, nutty flavor that makes it perfect for enjoying with salty pre-dinner snacks. Bonus: Your guests won't be sloshed when they take their seats at the table.
