2 ounces gin
1 ounce pineapple juice
½ ounce Green Chartreuse
½ ounce simple syrup (1 part sugar to 1 part water, boiled until sugar dissolves)
½ ounce lime juice
1. In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients. Shake vigorously, then strain into a coupe. Serve.
