Recipe adapted from Scott Baird of 15 Romolo
Yield: Makes 1 drink
Cook Time: 10 minutes
1 ounce North Shore aquavit
1 ounce Carpano Antica Formula vermouth
1 ounce Gran Classico Bitter
1 large piece lemon peel
Add ice to a cocktail shaker, then the aquavit, vermouth and Gran Classico Bitter. Stir about 15 times. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the lemon peel.
