Easy Baked Nachos Recipe

- 1 13-ounce bag tortilla chips
- ½ rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ red onion, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 8 sprigs cilantro, minced
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the tortilla chips on the baking sheet in an even layer.
- Sprinkle the chips with shredded chicken, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
- Bake the nachos for 5–7 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- In a bowl, mix the sour cream, lime juice, and minced cilantro. Stir to combine.
- Top the baked nachos with diced tomato and cilantro sour cream.
- Garnish with additional minced cilantro and lime wedges, if desired.
