Ingredients
  • 3 slices turkey bacon, chopped small
  • 1 (5 ounces) container Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • ⅓ cup red onion, diced
  • ⅓ cup sunflower seeds
  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries (or raisins)
Directions
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the chopped bacon. Cook until crispy, then remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, make the dressing by adding the yogurt, vinegar, water, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to a small bowl, then whisking until they are combined.
  3. Add the broccoli to a large bowl, then add the dressing and mix to combine.
  4. Add the onion, sunflower seeds, cranberries, and bacon to the broccoli and mix to combine.
  5. Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 2 hours before serving to let the flavors meld.
