Easy Peach Crisp Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds frozen peaches
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅔ + ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ⅔ cup pecans
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9x11-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, add peaches, vanilla extract, and 2/3 cup of brown sugar. Stir well.
  3. In a medium bowl, add remaining brown sugar, flour, oats, pecans, cinnamon, and salt. Cut the butter into tablespoons, then add each chunk to the mix and stir well.
  4. In the baking dish, add peach mixture.
  5. Top peaches with flour mixture, and make sure the butter chunks are evenly distributed.
  6. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, then serve with ice cream.
