Ingredients
Ice
2 ounces sweet potato shochu
1 ounce pineapple juice
1 ounce aloe vera juice
4 ounces club soda
Pineapple wedge, for garnish
Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the shochu, pineapple juice and aloe vera juice. Shake well and strain into a tall, ice-filled glass. Top with club soda, garnish with the pineapple wedge and serve.
