Ingredients
  • 2 ounces yuzu juice (available in Japanese markets)
  • ½ ounce honey
  • 1¼ ounces gin
  • ¼ ounce bourbon
  • Ice
  • 1½ ounces Hefeweizen
  • 1 drop orange flower water
Directions
  1. Combine the yuzu juice, honey, gin, bourbon and ice in a shaker, then shake to combine. Add the beer, then strain the mixture into an ice-filled highball glass and add the orange flower water. Serve immediately.
