Ingredients
2 ounces Cynar
¾ ounce Punt y Mes
15 drops fresh lemon juice
6 dashes orange bitters
2 small pinches salt
Ice
Long strip of lemon peel, for garnish
Directions
In a mixing glass, stir together the Cynar, Punt y Mes, lemon juice, bitters and salt until the salt is dissolved. Pour over ice in a rocks glass, add the lemon peel and serve.
