Ingredients
½ cup salt
3 heaping tablespoons fir tip needles or mature fir needles
Directions
In the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade attachment, combine the salt and fir tip needles. (If using mature needles, slice the needles crosswise into fine pieces before processing.) Pulse until the needles are finely chopped. Transfer the salt to an airtight container and store in a cool, dark place. The salt will keep for up to 1 month.
