Ingredients
Ice
¾ ounce brandy
¾ ounce sloe gin
¼ ounce simple syrup
½ ounce heavy whipping cream
1 whole egg
Nutmeg for garnish
Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all the ingredients and shake vigorously to break up and emulsify the egg. Strain into a chilled wineglass and garnish with freshly ground nutmeg.
