Ingredients
1 cup pomegranate juice
⅓ cup simple syrup
1 ounces Laird's Applejack
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
½ ounce fresh grenadine
Ice
Directions
To make the grenadine: Stir together the pomegranate juice and simple syrup. The mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for two weeks.
To make the cocktail: Combine the applejack, lemon juice and grenadine with ice in a martini shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and serve immediately.
