Ingredients
  • Ice
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 barspoon pumpkin puree
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • :::¼ ounce simple syrup (1:1):::
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Champagne (or sparkling wine)
Directions
  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, pumpkin, lemon juice, syrup and bitters. Shake well and strain into a flute. Top with the Champagne and serve.
